Now create two more rectangle Sprites on your message HUD. Name one Yes and the other No. Make sure you unselect the Intially Existent Box and Select the Selectable Box. Create a new trigger for them under 'Mouse Down'.
Inside this script, add an "Interface Variable Operation" event. For the HUD select 'this' and for the variable select the Que variable we made earlier. For your Yes Button have it set the value to Yes, and do the same concept for the No rectangle (except with the value setting to No).
