We have now gone through the basic steps of creating a turn-based battle system (according to me, at least). Basically as you probably can see, a turn-based battle system is mostly just an interface that repeats itself untill any of the participating parts are defeated. If you take your time doing your planning before developing, then this is usually a straightforward process and should not be too hard.
